When?

The cuptasting will take place on January 25, 2021; February 2, 2021 and February 8, 2021 at 10 am CET.

Order of Events
14 roasted coffee samples (40g each) + 1 coffee leaf tea will be sent to each participant and then tasted live while looking at roast profiles.

Water
We highly recommend a water using water with a °dH of 5-8.
It is also possible to use a mix of 60% Volvic + 40% Vitel.

For brazil cupping we recommend 10g coffee for 180ml of water.
